Best for: New hosts launching a property.

Includes:

  • Full listing setup

  • Title and description creation

  • Photo order recommendations

  • Amenities setup

  • House rules creation

Price Range:

R1,500 – R3,500 per property

5. Monthly Guest Communication Support

Best for: Hosts who want help managing guest messages.

 

Includes:

  • Responding to guest inquiries

  • Sending check-in instructions

  • Answering common guest questions

 

Working Hours

 

Guest communication is monitored between the hours of 08:00 – 20:00

Messages received outside this time are responded to the following morning.

Price Range:

R800 – R2,000 per property / month

 

Final pricing depends on:

  • property size

  • guest message volume

  • level of support required

6. Turnaround Times

Turnaround Times

Typical completion times:

  • Listing setup: 2–4 working days

  • Listing review: 1–2 working days

  • Guest template pack: 1 working day

 

Turnaround begins once:

  • the property questionnaire is completed

  • the deposit payment has been received

7. Information Required from Clients

To complete the work efficiently, the following information may be required:
 

  • Property location and description

  • Guest capacity and bed configuration

  • Amenities list

  • House rules

  • Check-in instructions

  • Photo folder or property images

  • Existing listing link (if applicable)

8. Services not Included

ClearListing Co. provides listing optimisation and communication support only.

 

Services do not include:

  • Property management

  • Cleaning coordination

  • Maintenance arrangements

  • Guest dispute handling

  • Platform pricing management

 

Hosts remain responsible for their property listings and accounts on booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
